This is a 1905 Studabaker Hitch Parade Wagon, refurbished in 2002 and upgraded with rubber on the wheels, mechanical brakes, and complete lighting system. It can be pulled with a single or double or tandem hitch. It was originally designed to be a city delivery wagon.
